General guidelines for bathroom furniture. Bathroom furniture is suitable for moist spaces. However, it is important that no direct water/condensation runs along your furniture. Bathroom furniture can withstand moisture but not water. The following points are important to have as much enjoyment from your bathroom furniture as possible.
- Proper ventilation.
- The entire furniture must be sealed with sealant as shown in the installation videos.
- The furniture should not be placed directly next to or opposite a shower with a shower curtain and/or without a shower wall.
- No water runs along the furniture.
Cleaning guidelines for bathroom furniture. It is best to clean your bathroom furniture by making soapy water with a small amount of sanitary cleaner, avoiding anti-lime or corrosive products. Using too much of the cleaning product can cause a dull shine on the furniture. Then, gently clean the furniture with a lightly damp cloth and dry with a dry cloth afterwards.
Note: Be cautious with the use of microfiber cloths, as hard particles may sometimes stick to them, causing scratches on the furniture.
The solid surface basins from from LacronPlus.com or Corian have several important advantages:- It is resistant to moisture.
- It has a seamless finish.
- It has no pores where dirt can accumulate.
- It is easy to clean.
- Note: the color Talc and the CORIAN colors are thoroughly solid surface and can be sanded. All other colors are sprayed and therefore have a top layer, which must be cleaned with a soft sponge.
