How can I place an order?
Go to the desired product. Click on the large green button 'Add to shopping cart'. Click on 'Continue shopping' to browse the assortment further and/or complete your order, or click on 'Proceed to checkout' to pay. For first-time orders, click 'Proceed to checkout'. Or log in with your account. Enter your details and follow the steps: Your details, Payment method, Confirm order. You will receive an order confirmation by email once the order is placed.
What are the delivery times?
Our delivery times range from 3 weeks for washbasins to 4 to 6 weeks for custom-made furniture.
Where can I view the products?
Under the section RESELLERS, you can see where our products are displayed.
Do I need special cleaning products?
You can clean the products using regular bathroom cleaning products. Avoid using harsh or corrosive chemicals. For Solid Surface products, you can easily clean them with a dish sponge and a small amount of Cif, but this method is only suitable for white Solid Surface basins. DO NOT use this method for basins in any other color, as they are sprayed and have a topcoat. Instead, clean them with lukewarm water and avoid using abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads.
Which products can I order custom-made?
All of our products can be customized to order. We operate as a factory and manufacture all our products ourselves, with the exception of Ceramic washbasins.
Can a bathroom vanity withstand water?
The bathroom vanities are resistant to moisture, but they are not designed to withstand daily splashing from the shower. It is recommended to place a shower screen between the vanity and the shower to protect them.
Can I also order a washbasin or base cabinet separately from a furniture set?
Yes, you can. When you select the desired furniture piece, there's a PDF at the bottom of the page detailing customization options. This PDF lists the gross prices for the base cabinets and washbasins. It also shows that these base cabinets are available in additional colors for customization. For instance, the LUSH Vanity Unit is offered in 4 colors as part of the vanity set series, but through customization, you have a choice of 2 extra colors.
